Take the record with you
One CSV: every employer in the current DOL OFLC disclosure files, with LCA and PERM filing counts broken out by federal fiscal year and case status — 42,849 employers, 270,483 underlying case records. We dedicate these aggregates to the public domain under CC0 1.0: use them in anything, no attribution required (a link back is appreciated).

Provenance
Built from the US Department of Labor OFLC performance disclosure files (LCA and PERM quarterly releases), current vintage 2026-03-31. Case records mutate across quarterly releases as appeals and redeterminations resolve; each refresh overwrites earlier states. Processing steps are documented on the methodology page.
